Supporting women’s global leadership, Francesca has presented at the Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program, the signature program of the Women’s Initiative at the Bush Institute.  Chaired by Mrs. Laura W. Bush, the Women’s Initiative works to empower and equip women in the Middle East and North Africa to become effective leaders.

Examples include the Women’s Food Service Forum’s Annual Leadership Development Conference, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Dallas, Women’s Business Council Southwest  – Mindful Women Series, and the Society for Human Resources Management – national meeting, and Dallas Chapter Public Relations Society of America.


Francesca teaches in the SMU Cox School of Business MBA and Executive Education programs on a variety of leadership topics including Leader as Coach, Corporate Culture, and Resilience

Board ConnectionFrancesca speaks on topics related to supporting executive women to prepare themselves for Corporate Board service. Francesca and Dr. Richard LeBlanc spoke to the Board Connection on “Preparing to Serve inside the Boardroom”. The Board Connection  programs connect, influence and develop women capable of serving as board members. She has served as a panelist for Women in the Boardroom and the National Association for Corporate Directors- North Texas.
